United States military will stay as strongest army in the world at least for some years. China spending more and more while its economy getting healthier.

Brazil really invests on its large army. More than you expect.

France has a technologically advanced army. And financially too.

Old Kingdom has a well organized and balanced army. They are still spending a lot.

India has second largest army but their per soldier spending much less than others.
- Russia
Russia still has one of the strongest armies.
- China
Largest army in the world. They are increasing their spending at the rate of their economy. If trends won’t change they will be the strongest one day.
- United States
US has 1.5 million soldiers and spending more money than any other countries (both total and per soldier).
Its good to see US army at no.1. China, Russia and India following the next. Army has to be very strong to ensure any country’s peace and harmony.The world now a days is under cruel claws of terror.

I disagree that Russia should be number one. U.S. has the most advanced military in the world if people like it or not.
this is a pretty badly researched list, japan doesn’t even have a standing army. No wonder the captions was “Japan has a considerably large army.”
Pakistan should be #6. It has 560,000 troops and a well equipped army.
